Open Innovation Fair

Brief:

For the Open Innovation Fair we had to bring together Romania’s top innovation projects to inspire industry professionals, decision-makers, entrepreneurs, civil society, and the public. The event aimed to bridge the gap between EU and local authorities, promoting policy innovation while ensuring strong visibility for IREX’s mission among high-level stakeholders.

Our expert team developed and executed a comprehensive strategy to engage high-level decision-makers, ensuring the successful implementation of targeted tactics. This included personalized outreach, strategic communication planning, and leveraging existing networks to maximize event impact. – Extensive media coverage, ensuring broad public engagement and awareness.

Furthermore, the event was officially recognized and showcased under the umbrella of the Romanian Government, reinforcing its importance and long-term impact on national innovation policies.
